Basic Definitions

Contact Groups

All contacts in the main window (pic #1) are sorted by their standard groups, which stands for departments, branches of your company, or separate companies within your corporation. Ask your OnLAN Messenger system administrator for instructions on how to modify these groups.

You can create your own personal contact groups, which you choose from the full list of registered users, and sort as you wish.

The group names font color is black and marked with a

icon by default. This can be modified in the "Settings" menu.
