Inactive user modes

Inactive users can have either of the two system modes: "Away" and "Locked".

Users are switched to "Away" mode, when their computers go into standby mode or the screensaver has been activated (after 20 minutes by default).

Users are switched to "Locked" mode whenever their workstation is locked.

You can modify the settings for these modes in the "Modes" tab of the "Settings" menu.

Please note:
- inactive users in the "Locked" mode are marked with a icon;
- inactive users in the "Away" mode are marked with a icon.
