Inserting Objects

You can insert the clipboard contents into thet text directly, or use the standard mechanism for inserting special objects. Furthermore, you can use the OLE technology to insert special objects into text messages.

In order to directly insert the clipboard contents into the text message, place your cursor in the spot where you want your data inserted, right-click to open the options menu, and select Paste.

In order to insert a special object contained in the clipboard, place your cursor in the spot where you want your data inserted, right-click to open options menu and select: Object -> Insert Special.

In order to insert an OLE-object, you need to place your cursor in the spot where you want your data inserted, right-click to open the options menu and select: Object -> Insert OLE.

In order to check the properties of an inserted object (regardless of the method used for inserting it), you need to select the object, right-click to open the options menu and select: Object -> Properties.

Please note, that inserted objects and graphical files greatly increase the size of the message.
