Active user modes

All active users maintain the "Online" mode by default. Every user has the option of independantly choosing a particular active mode, which allows you to specify what you're doing at the moment and which type of communication you are available for. For example, the "Conference" mode means (depending on your organization's rules) that you are taking part in a conference, cannot speak on the phone and will reply to all OnLAN Messenger and e-mail messages later. Your status can remain active, due to the following reasons:
- the idle time is less than the required idle time for you to go into inactive mode (20 minutes by default);
- you are using your computer at the conference, e.g. for projecting slides.

Active users in the "Online" mode are marked with a icon by default. You can change the online mode icon in the "General" tab of the "Settings" menu.
