Hello. After I've installed the program and launched client I noticed that some users who are online actually are offline for me and I can't accept messages from them. What's wrong?

Commonly, problems like yours can be solved by disabling Windows Firewall, which could block some features of the program. You can turn off Windows Firewall manually by clicking on Start->Settings->Control Panel->Windows Firewall.
