Hello, please elaborate on the following: 1) What exactly does the error say? 2) What version of OnLAN DBSync AD are you using? 3) What does OnLAN DBSync say? 4) What’s the domain’s full name? |

Hello, I won’t add a new topic, but will just reply to this one. I’m unable to import data from AD. Version 1.00.02 The problem is that nothing happens, when pressing Run. Local domain xxx.local |

| Old forum user | Hello, please specify your settings in OnLAN DBSync AD. I need the IP etc, change the name to XXX, as you have done. |

Local domain – xxx.local ; server name – srv Server IP 10.10.1.2 Base DN DC=srv,DC=xxx Login admin@xxx Pwd ******* Database C:OnLanDBusersdb_blank.mdb The login name and password belong to the administrator group. |

@Mac: @Eve: Has the “OnLANUsers” group in “Users” been created? Are there any users in it? Try these settings: Base DN: DC=srv,DC=xxx,DC=local Login: admin(аt)xxx[dot]local Please download the new version of OnLAN DBSync AD (1.00.03), and post your results. |

It’s working, thanks. I have a different problem though. I managed to import the data, but the AD authentication method doesn’t seem to be supported. If I use the option to store login names and passwords locally, it works, but when using AD it says – login failed. |

What’s your OnLAN Server version? Try to use the same settings as you have in OnLAN DBSync AD for authentication as well. |
