User support program

We provide free technical support via e-mail and at the forum for all registered users. Pre-sale questions are welcome.

According to our experience, most of the problems can be solved by reading the program documentation. It’s strongly recommended to carefully read the user guide before asking a question.

 

If you would like to receive more efficient and qualitative technical support, receive program news, updates, OnLAN DBSync source codes and phone support, you should buy the VIP support package.
